Our water is obtained from two boreholes which are operated and maintained by Kanzokea Water Company Limited. The boreholes are about 180 meters deep.

The water is filtered, Chlorinated by automate chlorine dosing machine, then goes through Advanced Reverse Osmosis process and finally passes through Ultra violet (UV).

Waters is purified from the Borehole into a Chlorine dosing Machine then stored in Storage tanks.

The Water is chemically tested after every 3 months to maintain its quality and also checked twice a day at our onsite lab monitor. This is done to ensure that high water quality standards are maintained.

Our Facility is licensed by KEBS and The Health Department. The following are stages of water purification at our plant, that guarantee the water you drink is pure and clean:

STAGE 1;

Inlet to the feed water pump from the reservoir Stage

 STAGE 2;

Sand filter – filtration is done to remove the large particles from water source.

 STAGE 3;

Sediment filtration by different size filter microns ranging from 20-10 microns

STAGE 4;

Granular activated carbon:-removes odor and chlorides from the water.

STAGE 5;

Sediment filtration of the water by filter of 10 microns.

STAGE 6;

Softener-It removes the hardness in water, magnesium and calcium.

STAGE 7;

Sediment filters of 5 micron -1 micron.

STAGE 8;

Cartridge filter of 0.5micron which is connected to Reverse Osmosis system.

STAGE 9;

Reverse Osmosis (RO)-Removes all the micro particles, fluorides from the water that may have bypassed the sediment filters.

STAGE 10;

Sediment filter of 1 micron-water that has been purified from the RO system is filtered to remove carbon and the odor.

STAGE 11;

Ultra Violet (UV)-all the micro organisms in the purified water are killed.

STAGE 12;

Sanitizing station:-Rinsing of the bottles, filling with the purified water, Capping of the filled bottles, drying of the capped bottles, labeling and sealing then shrink wrapping.
